The sector mandate is to provide leadership, technical support and guidance for the delivery of commercial services. The sector is composed of district commercial officer, Principal commercial officer, senior commercial officer, Commercial officer, Tourism officer, wildlife officer and Assistant conservator. The sector was in existence since 2019, it was formally part of Production department.
