The sector mandate is to provide effective leadership and administration, provide staff welfare for efficient service delivery in the district. The sector is composed of three sub sectors namely; Administration, Human Resource, Information and Records management. The sector targets to improve service delivery through recruitment, promotion and confirmation of personnel.
